The agreement is with the contractor.

The independent contractor decides whether the property can be served and confirms assessment arrangements, tasks, price, exclusions, payment and scheduling directly. This website does not assess the building or promise a particular outcome.

Keep the property at the center.

Describe what you know and where the source or extent is uncertain. Ask what the assessment costs and who needs to approve work. If a landlord or property manager is involved, make the access and authorization arrangements clear.
